Let's stay in touch.

The dispatch
A letter, occasionally.

Cohort openings, party invitations, the odd confession. Once a fortnight at most, and never boring - we'd be too embarrassed.

The channels
Hear it first.

The Telegram channel gets everything first - dates, photos, the odd rumour. Everyone else is fashionably late.

On the record - four dispatches from the crossing

Going global is not a program you enrol in. It is a passage you survive.

Four conversations every episode circles back to - the same field notes we hand, in person, to the small cohort we take each cycle. The essay they come from is over in Stories.

I

Rewrite the story for strangers

Positioning & narrative

The first casualty of the border is your story. What reads as obvious at home reads as parochial abroad.

We take the narrative apart and rebuild it for an audience that shares none of your context - the same why-you, why-this, why-now, in language that survives translation. Most founders discover their real company only when forced to explain it to someone who owes them nothing.

II

Choose the one market that matters

The crossing plan

Going global is not going everywhere. It is choosing the single market whose gravity changes everything.

Pricing, channel, regulation, and the cultural translation founders always underestimate - pressure-tested against people who have actually done it, until the plan is specific enough to be wrong in useful ways rather than vague enough to feel safe. The unwritten half of it - how a room in Seoul or São Paulo actually works - is written down in Culture Codes.

III

Sit at the hard table

The room test

You will pitch investors and operators who have said no a thousand times, and be told the truth.

The room is the point. Recorded, candid, unsentimental feedback from the other side of the table - the conversations that normally take a founder two years and several humiliations to earn, compressed into weeks. A good part of what you hear on this feed was one of those rooms.

IV

Leave with the next ninety days decided

The commitment

The Intensive ends with a plan: dates, resources, and a name next to every line.

You walk out with the next quarter already decided, a network that stays, and a standing connection to the wider Yellow Door ecosystem - Ventures, Advisory, and Labs. The crossing is a beginning, not a certificate.

The invitation

If the passage is yours to make, come in.

Tell us what you have built, why the world is next, and why now.
